Classes Offered

Basics

Explore the basic yoga postures that are performed in most yoga classes. Learn the names of postures and proper alignment. Appropriate for beginners or anyone who wants to get back to basics to improve their practice.

Vinyasa Flow

Coordinating breath with movement in a continuous flow of postures. This is more vigorous, sometimes called power yoga. You will build strength, flexibility, and stamina, as well as create a sense of calm and ease.

Gentle

Great for beginners and anyone who wants to slow things down, spend more time exploring each pose, holding for several breaths and moving with ease between postures. Utilizing props helps to make the postures more accessible.

Level ONE

A class that begins to explore the Vinyasa method, linking breath with movement. We will move through traditional yoga poses, taking time to pay attention to alignment while building strength and flexibility. Great for the practitioner who wants to move beyond basics and build their practice or for those who want to slow down and deepen their practice.

Heated Flow

A vigorous, more fitness and cardio based practice. Appropriate for experienced practitioners, power yoga is a full body workout using your own bodyweight to tone and strengthen. Prepare to move and sweat!

SLOW Flow

A flow style class that moves slower between the postures focusing on the transitions between poses and longer holds to give the body to experience every sensation in the posture.

Deep stretch

No flow, just long active holds. This stretch class is perfect for beginners, athletes, and anyone who wants to focus on stretching to create more flexibility and range of motion.

Restorative

More restful than sleep, restorative yoga is all about resting and restoring. You'll be supported by blankets and pillows so you can allow the muscles to fully relax and restore. Feel calm, rested and relaxed and take some time for you.

VinYin

A hybrid class with the first half focused on linking the breath to the movement in the vinyasa flow style and the second half of class focused on long held Yin postures for deep opening in the fascial system. The perfect blend of moving into stillness.

Pilates

Elevate your strength and flexibility with our Pilates class. This session combines controlled movements and precise breathing for a full-body workout. Enhance core stability, improve posture, and leave feeling invigorated.

Yin Yoga

Long 2 to 5 minute holds of stretches utilizing pillows blankets and props to support the body. Yin yoga uses time and gravitiy to help open and lubricate the fascial system, including connective tissue, joints and bones. Yin yoga is also calming for the nervous system and helps to lower heart rate and blood pressure.

Zumba

Move to infectious rhythms, fueled by Latin and international beats. This exhilarating dance workout blends fun and cardio, providing a vibrant atmosphere to sculpt your body and boost your energy. Join us for a lively Zumba experience.
